How a campaign works

  1. Brief us. Explain the vacancy, essential requirements and the practical details candidates need.

Does 150 profiles mean 150 applicants?

No. The campaign covers up to 150 selected LinkedIn profiles. It does not guarantee replies, interested applicants, interviews or hires.

What is the difference between the two packages?

Sourcing op Maat covers target selection and outreach. Plus also includes follow-up on replies and scheduling conversations.

Is there a placement fee?

There is no additional placement fee when you hire someone through the campaign.

Who makes the hiring decision?

Your company does. You conduct selection interviews, assess suitability and make any offer.

Is hiring guaranteed?
